Recently, Aeroft Freight Forwarding fully escorted the Jiangsu Acrobatic Troupe's tour production transport project to St. Petersburg. After a month of meticulous operations, we successfully completed a two-way China–Russia DAP door-to-door delivery, safeguarding this overseas cultural performance with a professional ATA logistics solution.

The entire project was handled under the ATA Carnet customs clearance model. The outbound leg used road less-than-truckload (LTL) service from Yancheng to St. Petersburg via Manzhouli, suited to the stable transport of large volumes of production items; the return leg used air freight from Moscow to Zhengzhou, efficiently completing the return delivery of the equipment. The project covered more than fifty categories of performance materials, for which we provided a fully customized bilingual (Chinese–Russian) cargo list and standardized tags, adapted to the customs clearance standards at the China–Russia border ports.

For the complex clearance scenario at the Zabaykalsk border crossing, our team broke through the limitations of conventional full-truckload operations, and with mature customs clearance experience and a compliant declaration system, efficiently completed the port clearance operations. Throughout the process, we provided one-stop services including ATA Carnet agency handling, document review, professional tallying, international transport, port clearance and end-to-end tracking.
